Alaska! Now
there is a great Sport!
We are now offering
Alaska fishing trips for the Summer of 2012 with Wayne's Guide Service in Goodnews Bay, Alaska! We will be fishing 4 anglers per week starting the week of July 4th and
running thru mid-August. We will be posting lots of photos and more literature very soon,
so please check back!
Here is the Plan:
We are now booking fishing
trips for the coming summer. Basically you fly commercially to us
by way of Anchorage to Bethel to Goodnews Bay. If you schedule it right
you can get there in 1 day from Seattle with hardly any layover. We pick
you up and take you on your guided adventure for the next 5 days. We
provide room and meals, boats, guides and lots of fish that like to
play! If you watch the slide show, you will see pics of the cabins.
Accommodations are awesome!

The first 3 weeks of July are prime for
Kings! Like some to 75lbs. average 30 to 35lbs. either fly rod or gear they are a
gas! The Chum run on this river averages 12lbs! Guaranteed no other fish on the
planet pulls this hard and doesn't give up! Rainbows are all 20" to 30". We have the
original Leopard rainbow trout. Awesome fish on a fly rod! Especially top water, like mice
patterns!
This river is best known for its Silver and Dollie Varden run. In a river about
1/2 the size of the Clearwater, we experience 100,000+ Silvers every year! Most average 12
lbs! Dollies here are just phenomenal! You can easily catch a hundred a day on skating
flies. Most are 14 to 20 inches, with a bunch over 10lbs! This is like one of the
best
fishing holes left on the planet that doesn't get over-fished! Check back for
more info!
