We are currently
booking for April Smallie action! We have some openings during the week
of April the 20th and 27th. Also the first couple weeks of May!
The upcoming few weeks are going to be the best!!!!All dates are FANTASTIC! Some
of the largest fish were caught in mid April! Early Spring like this is
in my opinion the best! Last year we had days where the smallest fish of
the day were like 3lbs! True Story!

Dan Steigers
of Juliaetta caught a 9.72 pound Smallmouth Bass in
Idaho's Dworshak
Reservoir on October 28. This fish is the new Idaho State Record. Steigers also held the
previous
Idaho
state record
Smallmouth at 8.31 pounds, caught in Dworshak Reservoir on
October 14,
1995.
The best part about this giant lake
is all the different species of fish the lake has to offer! From Smallmouth Bass to
Rainbows, to Crappie, to catfish, perch, Kokanee salmon. It is endless!
Dworshak reservoir is easily the
least used body of water in the state. With it's 54 mile length and 110 mini-camps, it's
potential is endless. There are bountiful opportunities for any angler! it is best known
for its Kokanee salmon and Smallmouth bass. Currently it holds the state record for the
largest smallie, a whopping 9lbs-10ozs! With close to 250 miles of shoreline, you can
easily get away from everybody. You can even find a spot to water-ski on the 4th of July
and not hardly cross another wake!
